Return and Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

For monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Pro-rated refunds are available within the first 14 days of your initial subscription
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods after the 14-day period
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Cancellation Process

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period
  • No automatic refunds are issued for cancellations
  • Downgrading to a free account will not trigger a refund

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in these cases:

  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability due to our system maintenance

Non-Refundable Items

  • Partial months of service
  • Unused subscription time after the 14-day period
  • Add-on features or one-time purchases

  • Provide your account details and reason for refund
  • Include relevant transaction information

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take additional 5-10 business days to appear
  • Different payment methods may have varying processing times
